Globe and Mail: People-First Thinking Drives New Work Models

A recent article with the Globe and Mail, CPHR Canada's President and CEO, Anthony Ariganello spoke to the silver lining that the devastating costs both employees and employers have faced over the past two years presents us -  people-first thinking in the workplace. 

Ariganello also recognizes the work still needed to be done in the arena of equity, diversity and inclusion.

"Just as culture is ultimately the strength of the people in your organization, the diversity of people with that body strengthens the organization in turn."
